Analyze complex healthcare datasets to drive business decisions through SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex healthcare datasets including Claims, Member, Provider, and Encounter data.
• Translate business requirements into data, analytics, and reporting specifications.
• Perform data store inventory, data mapping, and constraint documentation across multiple systems.
• Develop SQL queries for data extraction, validation, profiling, and analysis.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience analyzing large and complex healthcare datasets.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare domains: Claims, Member, Provider, and Encounter data.
• Expert command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Ability to document data models, constraints, data stores, and mapping documents.
• Proven analytical skills to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
• Experience communicating requirements between business stakeholders and technical teams.
