You will drive organizational insights by leading data collection, analysis, and visualization efforts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, cleansing, and validation of large-scale datasets from internal and external sources.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and executive reports for leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for all audiences.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Extensive experience working with structured datasets and relational databases.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with ETL, Data Warehousing, and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with data governance and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Experience with big data and cloud platforms (Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure, GCP).
