Description

You will act as an ITSM Data Analyst and Automation Lead focused on streamlining IT End User Support processes through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Mine data from support tickets, PC inventory, and workflows to identify automation opportunities and process bottlenecks.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time service level insights.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy to ensure reliable analysis for continuous service improvement.
• Perform functional and cost analysis to develop business cases for new IT support capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related technical role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel for complex data manipulation and cleansing.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles.
• Experience analyzing IT End User Support processes and ticket data.
• Knowledge of continuous service improvement methodologies.
