Description

You will analyze data to measure the performance of call center AI technology within the customer experience team.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from Exadata using SQL and Pandas to analyze call center AI performance.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from stakeholders, including business and AI bot owners.
• Assist another Data Analyst with identifying data sources and pulling necessary data.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction.
• Strong programming skills in Python, specifically using the Pandas library.
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools: Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience working within customer experience or call center environments, including IVR.
• Ability to discuss data findings with business stakeholders.
• Any Graduate education level.
