Description

You will perform data analysis to support healthcare, nonprofit, or public-sector initiatives by resolving data exceptions and generating actionable insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data exceptions, validations, and escalations across batch and API traffic.
• Develop, improve, and maintain datasets within rules engines across multiple product lines.
• Clean, filter, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and analyze patterns in complex datasets.
• Create and maintain accurate technical, business, and functional documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied analyst experience building dashboards or generating reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or capacity to learn it quickly.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, grants, bioinformatics, pharmacy, or public-sector data.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to APIs and data integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS, Tableau, or Power BI.
