Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine data use case requirements.
• Design and architect scalable data models focusing on usability, performance, and accuracy.
• Identify and write requirements for data source integrity monitoring.
• Translate business needs into actionable data requirements and technical specifications.
• Evaluate upstream system of record changes for potential data impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in MSSQL for writing, reading, and optimizing queries.
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, and transformation logic using Alteryx and SSMS.
• Ability to define clear data sourcing and transform logic requirements and database specifications.
• Experience with metadata management and data governance practices.
• Proficiency in data profiling and root cause analysis for data quality issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Data Cloud stack (Dataplex, Big Query, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile processes and Atlassian software (Jira).
