Description

You will analyze data to support the insider risk program and drive business decisions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Analyze trends and business performance using Excel or BI tools.
• Prepare visualizations, charts, and summary reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.
• Support ad hoc data requests and maintain documentation across reporting processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Power BI.
• Required exposure to SQL and relational databases.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret data in a business context.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
• Basic understanding of data governance and privacy principles.

• Strong SQL database skills.
