Description

You will manage end-to-end setup, enrichment, and maintenance of securities and reference data across Eagle and related platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Validate and reconcile data between Bloomberg, CRD, GoldenSource, Eagle, and internal systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Execute and monitor daily data feeds, resolving exceptions or breaks to ensure timely updates.
  • Maintain security masters for equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, and funds.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Portfolio Management, and Compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and support trade enablement.
  • Support data quality initiatives, including automation, process improvements, and UAT testing for system enhancements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Reference Data, Security Master, or Investment Data Management within asset management or financial services.
  • Hands-on expertise with Eagle (PACE, STAR, Data Management) and data management processes.
  • Proficient use of Bloomberg (BBG Terminal, BBG AIM, BBG PORT) and Charles River (CRD) for data sourcing and validation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office (Excel and VBA).
  • Solid understanding of financial instruments including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Structured Products.
  • Experience working with entity data across pooled products, institutional separately managed portfolios, or retail separately managed portfolios.
  • Familiarity with data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg BPIPE, Refinitiv, Markit) and static data integration workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for US-based stakeholder interactions.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to GoldenSource or similar Master Data Management (MDM) tools.
  • Experience with automation or process improvement initiatives using Alteryx, Python, or VBA.
