Description

You will act as a Business Data Analyst focused on end-to-end data requirements and solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather data requirements and perform data profiling, mapping, reconciliation, and validation.
• Document business and functional requirements through BRDs, FRDs, and Data Mapping documents.
• Conduct GAP analysis between as-is and to-be processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data solutions that meet business needs.
• Perform data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and data storytelling to support decision-making.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or System/Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with SQL databases.
• Experience with Oracle and Teradata.
• Hands-on experience with ETL technologies and ETL data warehouse applications.
• Expertise in data analysis, investigation, and profiling.
• Direct experience with Finacle-Retail core banking, Corporate lending, Syndication loans, and Deposits.
• Ability to perform data visualization and exploratory data analysis.
