Description

You will install, configure, and deploy Tableau to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Tableau Desktop to integrate with data warehouses, Excel files, and internal systems.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using expert visualization techniques for technical and non-technical users.
• Automate data connections and refresh processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower teams to manage Tableau independently.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, demonstrate progress, and align with KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of expert-level experience with Tableau.
• Proven background in data visualization and creating analytical, summary, or status reports.
• Proficiency in data integration using Excel and Data Warehouses.
• Experience building dashboards that meet specific accessibility standards.
• Demonstrated ability to train and transfer knowledge to teams new to Tableau.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
