Description

You will extract and validate ESG data from company reports and trusted sources. You own the quality of the data pipeline and ensure accuracy across diverse geographies and languages.

Responsibilities

• Extract and validate ESG information using standard reports and external sources.
• Implement quality control measures and oversee research conducted by team members.
• Manage data exceptions across different geographies, languages, and company scales.
• Train others on data extraction methods and suggest improvements to data quality.
• Contribute to the development of automation and rule-based methodologies for ESG ratings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ESG, Equity, or Policy research within financial services.
• Proficiency in ESG data extraction and validation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate viewpoints.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience handling non-English language data and diverse market geographies.
• Any graduate degree with relevant ESG experience.
