Description

You will perform end-to-end analysis on healthcare data in tabular and natural language formats, ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems, perform data QA, and architect solutions to support decision-making.
• Generate internal data reports and automated Power BI reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Present actionable recommendations and analytical insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cleanse and wrangle large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and data engineers in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, ideally within the healthcare or health plan sector.
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel calculations and data visualization techniques.
• Experience using Power BI and Looker to generate reports and visualizations.
• Experience building automated Power BI reports.
• Strong statistical ability to analyze large volumes of data.
• Deep understanding of data privacy and governance frameworks like HIPAA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience in Quality or Risk Adjustment.
