You will extract, validate, and manage ESG data quality for financial research.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract and validate ESG information from company reports and trusted external sources.
• Implement quality control measures and oversee research conducted by team members.
• Manage data exceptions across diverse geographies, languages, and company scales.
• Train team members on data extraction methods and suggest improvements to data quality.
• Contribute to the development of automation and rule-based methodologies for ESG ratings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ESG, Equity, or Policy research within financial services.
• Proficiency in ESG data extraction and validation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex viewpoints.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience handling non-English language data and diverse market geographies.
• Any graduate degree with relevant ESG experience.
