You will analyze datasets and manage data requirements within a Capital Markets domain environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, document, and map data requirements and specifications.
• Design data flow diagrams, table structures, and ETL specifications, including transformation rules for source-to-target mapping.
• Identify ETL dependencies and orchestrate data load sequences within the pipeline.
• Validate data accuracy, integrity, and quality while supporting defect triage during SIT and UAT.
• Negotiate solutions for data needs with developers and architects, and guide production support teams on ETL issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst specifically within the Capital Markets domain.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries to analyze, profile, and identify patterns in datasets.
• Deep understanding of data warehouse concepts and hands-on experience in data warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Proven ability to document data specifications and data mapping.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with the Azure tech stack, including Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Boards, and ADLS.
