You will analyze business systems and user needs to drive strategic objectives. You own the full lifecycle of data tasks, from requirement gathering to execution.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate business systems to ensure they meet user requirements and strategic goals.
• Document functional requirements and define project scope for systems aligned with business strategy.
• Execute complex data tasks using independent judgment and experience-based decision-making.
• Plan and accomplish data goals through hands-on analysis and problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and database querying languages.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with SQL databases.
• 2-3 years of experience in data visualization.
• 2-3 years of experience with data warehousing and Business Intelligence platforms.
• 2 years of experience in data mining, cleaning, and munging.
• 1-2 years of programming experience in Python, R, XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of relational database and client-server concepts.

Preferred Skills

• 2-3 years of statistical programming experience.
• 1 year of NoSQL database experience.
• 1-2 years of advanced VB programming.
