Description

You will lead analytics initiatives to drive business efficiencies and improve customer experiences through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the data architecture for pickup reporting, consolidating datasets to reduce technical debt and enhance user experience.
• Partner with teams to build the Fulfillment Data Platform (FDP), supporting the rollout of the gold layer and adapting reporting.
• Standardize data processes and quality while increasing automation and data availability.
• Collaborate with Finance and Innovation teams to visualize the financial impact of process improvements.
• Participate in all phases of system testing and provide on-call support for after-hours and weekend requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI to support large-scale user bases and workspaces.
• Experience working within an Agile Project framework.
• Ability to define and produce KPIs for E-commerce environments.
• Skill in developing current and future state work process documentation.
• Experience estimating and planning work within Program Increment (PI) meetings.
• Capacity to travel to divisions and stores for performance measurement and observation.
• Supervise and coach direct reports, providing performance feedback and conducting excellence discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data architecture consolidation and technical debt reduction.
• Familiarity with Fulfillment Data Platform (FDP) gold layer concepts.
