Description

You will manage data architecture and reporting workflows to support E-commerce and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the data architecture for pickup reporting, focusing on dataset consolidation to reduce technical debt.
• Supervise and coach direct reports through regular performance excellence discussions and feedback.
• Support the rollout of the FDP gold layer and adapt reporting structures to match.
• Partner with Finance and Innovation teams to document and visualize the financial impact of process improvements.
• Provide on-call support during after-hours and weekends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
• Proven ability to cleanse, manipulate, and report complex datasets.
• Experience supporting large-scale user bases (5,000+ users) and multiple workspaces.
• Ability to produce KPIs and insightful reporting for E-commerce teams.
• Experience in managing direct reports and performance coaching.
• Any graduate degree.
