You will extract, transform, and analyze healthcare data to improve clinical operations and workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Extract and transform healthcare data to support clinical operations and outcomes.
• Develop Epic Clarity reports and data visualizations for clinicians and stakeholders.
• Identify workflow improvements through data analysis, user observation, and experimentation.
• Collaborate with IT staff and faculty to integrate technology into clinical protocols.
• Conduct statistical forecasting and usability testing to refine clinical informatics and design.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in healthcare data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Epic Clarity reporting and clinical modules.
• Strong grasp of analytic and statistical methods.
• Experience with data analysis and workflow optimization.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience manipulating and analyzing data in Python or R.
• Experience observing stakeholders and workflows to identify clinical problems.
• Clinical experience in inpatient or outpatient settings and knowledge of project management disciplines.
