Description

Support enterprise data platforms as a Technical Business Analyst by documenting data flows, dependencies, and reconciliation requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document data flows, dependencies, and reconciliation requirements in regulated environments.
• Support enterprise data platforms and integration tooling.
• Perform process mapping, process flow documentation, and gap analysis.
• Communicate technical details effectively between business and technology partners.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Technical Business Analysis experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise data platforms and integration tooling.
• Expertise with Process Mapping, Process Flows, and Gap Analysis.
• Experience in Banking or FinTech environments.
• Familiarity with Databricks, MuleSoft, SAS, Control-M, SFTP, and IBM Sterling.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Business and Technology partners.

Preferred Skills

• Prior system conversion or large-scale data migration experience.
• Experience with Jira or SmartSheets.
