Description

You will manage financial statement processing, documentation, and compliance within a structured reporting environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process financial statement submissions to ensure timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Enter financial data into the Automated Financial Reporting System (AFRS) and track approval workflows.
• Communicate with members regarding missing reports, managing extensions, waivers, or fines.
• Oversee daily surveillance workflows, including negative news monitoring and account changes.
• Reconcile reporting trackers to maintain accurate and consistent records.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data or financial analysis.
• Proficiency with the Automated Financial Reporting System (AFRS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting components, including Income Statements and Balance Sheets.
• Experience performing credit and financial statement analysis for financial institutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a part-time schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
