Description

Monitor and process financial reporting, surveillance activities, and data entry workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process financial statement receipts, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation.
• Communicate with members regarding missing reports, managing extensions, waivers, and fines.
• Enter financial data into the Automated Financial Reporting System (AFRS) and track approval workflows.
• Oversee production and review of daily surveillance emails to ensure workflow completion.
• Reconcile reporting trackers to maintain accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting components, including Income Statements and Balance Sheets.
• Experience in credit and financial statement analysis for financial institutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule.
