Description

Perform applied data analysis to support initiatives within healthcare, nonprofit, or public sectors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data exceptions, validations, and escalations across batch and API traffic.
• Develop, improve, and maintain datasets within rules engines across multiple product lines.
• Clean, filter, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and analyze patterns.
• Create and maintain accurate technical, business, and functional documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied analyst experience in building dashboards, generating reports, or supporting decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, reporting).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to APIs and data integrations.
• EDi knowledge or HIPAA data experience.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting/visualization tools.
