Support leasing space data superiority initiatives within the CRE domain by analyzing data models and generating insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize complex queries in PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
• Analyze data models and relationships to support leasing space initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to derive actionable insights from CRE data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or engineering.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of data models and relationships.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for data insights.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Management, Information Science, or Business Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Business Analytics.
