You will provide analytical support to optimize subscriber counts, operational processes, revenue, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and fiber expansion initiatives using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Manipulate large data sets across various servers, data types, and data structures.
• Drive the end-to-end analytical process from requirement formulation to data acquisition and validation.
• Summarize relevant results to drive business decisions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data and business analytics.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Expertise in SQL/Oracle scripting.
• Knowledge of ELT applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with statistical analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5/CSS.
