Description

You will own the data analysis lifecycle, transforming raw data into actionable business insights for our Texas operations.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from internal sources using Excel, SQL, and Python or R.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, track, and report on KPIs and performance metrics.
• Present clear, actionable insights to drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain data quality and documentation standards across all deliverables.

Required Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, standard SQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
• Scripting experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for data handling and reporting.
• Experience building visualizations and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or technical field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
