Description

You will support leasing space data superiority initiatives within the CRE domain by managing data models, writing complex queries, and leveraging AI tools for insights.

You will own the analysis of data relationships and deliver actionable intelligence using Postgres and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust data models and relationships for CRE leasing data.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Postgres and Snowflake.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and support data superiority initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to extract insights and enhance data processing workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and Snowflake for complex query writing.
• Deep understanding of data models, schemas, and relational structures.
• Proven experience with AI tools for data analysis and insight generation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) domain.
