You will bridge data engineering and advanced analytics to support digital operations and connected vehicle services.

Responsibilities

• Extract information from Oracle, Teradata, Greenplum, and Hadoop databases to develop KPIs and success benchmarks.
• Implement text analytics and machine learning programs to perform gap analysis on failure rates and causes.
• Design, develop, and deploy analytic models within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve business goals.
• Mine computer software data to improve system performance and reduce operational costs.

Required Skills

• Expertise in SQL across Oracle and Hadoop/Hive databases.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Teradata Database.
• Experience with ETL systems such as Batch SQL and Data Stage.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Hadoop/HDFS, Apache Hive, and Apache Cassandra.
• Proficiency in BI tools including IBM Cognos Impromptu, Tableau, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.
• Experience implementing machine learning models and performing text analytics using Hive.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of IVR systems and vehicle-based telematics architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Kafka streaming systems.
• Microservices architecture.
