Description

Lead data management improvements and reporting for the OVR team within the CWDS environment. You will own the reporting lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans to enhance data management practices and streamline reporting processes.
• Design and execute standard and ad-hoc reports using Business Object Enterprise (BOE) and other BI tools.
• Coordinate testing efforts, including creation and execution of test plans for system integration testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Act as a liaison between business partners and IT staff to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze legislation and business documentation to identify necessary system or process changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency with SQL, SSIS, and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with Business Object Enterprise (BOE).
• Experience with SSRS and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of Python and Soap UI.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict timelines.
• Strong analytical skills for investigating flaws in tracking systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing development of training materials, quick reference guides, and standard operating procedures.
