Description

Provide data-driven insights to support Technology Services and operations through ETL processes, reporting, and visualization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute ETL data integration, cleansing, and query writing to support business operations.
• Build and maintain tabulated reports, dashboards, and datasets using Microsoft Power BI.
• Collaborate with Database Architects and System Analysts to create system design documentation for databases and reporting workflows.
• Gather data from multiple sources to decompose high-level information into detailed process flows and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, process maps, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst in a Microsoft SQL environment and Power BI, or 5-10 years of relevant Microsoft SQL experience.
• Proficiency in writing T-SQL statements within Microsoft SQL environments.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience performing ETL data integration and cleansing tasks.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office and M365 suite of products.
• Strong technical documentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage requirements gathering for software and professional services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Safe Software’s FME or other ETL products.
