Description
You will manage data integrity, reporting, and Salesforce administration for the Denver office.
Responsibilities
- Manage data entry, cleansing, and validation using Data Loader and import tools.
- Build custom reports and dashboards using Report Builder, filters, and summary formulas.
- Administer Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and custom relationships.
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and document data entry procedures and reporting standards.
- Analyze data flows and resolve reporting discrepancies with high accuracy.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and/or Classic interfaces.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Sheets.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model (Objects, Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts).
- Experience with custom objects and relationships (lookup/master-detail).
- Knowledge of data import/export tools and duplicate management rules.
- Ability to create standard and custom report types.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Experience Cloud.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Experience working with government, arts, or cultural institutions.
