Own Salesforce data integrity, reporting, and process documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage data entry, cleansing, and validation within Salesforce Lightning/Classic interfaces.
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and summary formulas using Report Builder.
• Execute data import/export operations using Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
• Document data entry procedures and reporting standards.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize data flow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with Salesforce Platform (Lightning/Classic).
• Deep understanding of Objects, Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts, and relationships (lookup/master-detail).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data formatting).
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
• Background working with government or cultural institutions.
