Description

You will provide analytical, budget, and systems support for the Detroit work unit.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform investigations and analyses using operating system tools for statistical, trend, and root cause analysis.
• Develop project plans, identify resources, and ensure tasks are completed to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and present research findings and recommendations to management.
• Lead major projects and coordinate cross-functional work groups to achieve results.
• Identify and resolve complex problems independently.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of CSB and Maximo systems.
• Intermediate to advanced analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced project management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of specialty.
