Description

You will execute data engineering and statistical analysis tasks in a hybrid role based in Dublin. You own the full lifecycle from database optimization to stakeholder presentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex SQL queries and optimize database performance across relational systems.
• Build data models using Python and Excel to support analytical requirements.
• Create data visualizations and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Perform statistical analysis to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
• Document technical processes and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in the PyData stack, specifically Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong SQL execution and optimization skills.
• Experience with relational databases such as Teradata, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Ability to perform data modeling in Python.
• Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables, COUNTIFS, and SUMIFS.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with statistical analysis software.
