Description

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting, with strong hands-on SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets. Power BI expertise is required, along with advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities. Experience with data migration projects, data lineage, dashboard development, and translating business requirements into technical solutions is highly valued. Knowledge of Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps), Python, R, or SAS would be beneficial but is not required. The hiring manager is specifically seeking a technically strong analyst rather than a business analyst, with emphasis on SQL proficiency, data investigation, and supporting reporting modernization efforts within a brokerage operations environment.
