Description

You will own data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence efforts for brokerage operations, translating requirements into technical solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using SQL and advanced Excel.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to support data investigation and business insights.
• Support reporting modernization and data migration projects, ensuring data lineage integrity.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical data solutions.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Strong hands-on SQL proficiency with complex datasets.
• Expertise in Power BI development.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, or SAP Business Objects.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps), Python, R, or SAS.
