Description

You will analyze operational data to drive process improvements, cost optimization, and consumer experience enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data including NPS trends, consumer verbatims, digital portal interactions, and critical ops metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as WFM, Product, Claims, IT, and Sales to implement process improvements.
• Monitor live War Room efforts, CRC trends, and tech outages displayed on the AV Wall.
• Interpret operational reports and dashboards to track impacts on consumer experience and performance.
• Present data-driven insights effectively to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python for coding automation.
• Strong SQL skills for querying large databases.
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets in Excel.
• Skill in designing data visualizations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Background in data engineering principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with leadership.
