You will perform data analysis to interpret customer requirements and drive solution identification.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret customer needs to define project scope.
• Identify solutions for non-standard requests and technical problems.
• Solve moderately complex problems through detailed data analysis.
• Translate analytical concepts into practical, actionable applications.
• Coach and guide less experienced team members with feedback and technical information.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience building visualizations in Power BI.
• Experience building visualizations in Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance on standard tasks.
