Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, drive operational efficiency, and build automated reporting systems for self-service decision-making.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Identify and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility analyses on processes and equipment.
• Design, develop, and implement data gathering and reporting procedures for Operations.
• Build and automate reports to enable self-service data-driven decision-making for end-users.
• Organize data definitions, sources, and processes to maintain data infrastructure longevity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proven ability to analyze, identify, and interpret trends.
• Experience designing and developing data gathering methods.
• Background in conducting feasibility analyses for operational processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data infrastructure maintenance and process organization.
