You will partner with People functions to deliver operational analytics, automated dashboards, and workforce trend forecasts that drive evidence-based decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated dashboards and analyses using SQL, Python, and Tableau to monitor workforce health.
• Define success metrics and measures for People operations, programs, and initiatives.
• Conduct descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics to identify workforce trends and forecasts.
• Ensure information quality and leverage AI-driven automation tools to streamline data mart operations.
• Consult with leadership to create impactful analytical solutions and advise on business decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of analytical experience.
• Expert SQL coding skills.
• Proficiency in Python and Tableau.
• Experience with SAS or R.
• Ability to learn Alteryx.
• Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or HR.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Skills

• HR or Data Science related certifications.
• Management consulting experience in high-growth tech companies.
