Description

You will manage data lifecycles and stakeholder requirements within the Property & Casualty (P&C) domain, owning the end-to-end data flow from collection to dissemination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data to deliver accurate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform data mapping between databases and define detailed mapping requirements.
• Design data marts and pipelines through effective data modeling.
• Execute complex queries and write reports to present analytical findings.
• Interact independently with Business owners, Tech Leads, PMs, and QA Leads.

Required Skills

• 7 to 9 years of experience as a Data Analyst in the P&C domain.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL query languages.
• Hands-on experience with XML and JSON formats.
• Strong knowledge of DDL and DML.
• Experience with ETL tools such as DataStage or Informatica.
• Experience with SAS and data modeling for pipeline design.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience working on AWS cloud platforms.
• Background in Business Analysis.
