Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business decisions.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Manage and organize data within database systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and solutions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access for data manipulation.
• Experience building visualizations and reports in Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and reporting methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional database management systems beyond Access.
• Background in statistical modeling or predictive analytics.
