Description

You will extract and analyze transactional data and bug reports to drive organizational efficiency and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from JIRA using SQL, Python, or R.
• Develop, test, and refine hypotheses to identify efficiency gains.
• Review current data states to identify gaps in collection, storage, and analysis processes.
• Design and implement new data elements and structures to support advanced analytical methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and maintain process documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, or data mining.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data cleaning, and preprocessing techniques.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analysis, and data mining.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
