Responsibilities

• Analyze product and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ETL pipelines.
• Define and track KPIs for end-to-end operations.
• Communicate analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
• Proficiency in ETL pipeline development.
• Knowledge of statistics and experimentation.

Preferred Skills

• AI and model performance analysis experience.
