Description

Act as the senior liaison between IT and business units to design, develop, and deliver data reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business and data requirements through structured gathering sessions.
• Design and implement reporting dashboards and operational support processes based on client data assessments.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system architecture design, implementation, and testing.
• Facilitate day-to-day activities to produce reporting deliverables for stakeholder teams.
• Present technical status reports, strategic options, and feedback to upper management and C-level stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of senior-level expertise in business, data, and report development using Tableau.
• 7+ years of experience conducting client data assessments and dashboard development methodology.
• 7+ years of experience serving as a Data Analyst liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience developing and documenting requirements via structured gathering sessions.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating reporting deliverables for stakeholder teams.
• 5+ years of experience presenting technical status and options to executive leadership.
• Thorough knowledge of System Architecture Designs, System Designs, and System Testing.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau experience within the Public Sector.
• Tableau Certification.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial modules.
