Description

Act as the Business Technology leader for a technical department, bridging local operations with corporate IT and Digital Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain low-code/no-code applications using the MS Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Build visually simple reports from complex, multi-source datasets to support business decisions and kaizen.
• Connect business systems such as SAP/Ariba and Tebis-Proleis with Power Platform to extract manufacturing insights.
• Manage SharePoint site development, maintenance, and the tracking of departmental software licenses.
• Collaborate with executives, engineers, and technicians to create data-driven tools that improve safety, quality, schedule, and cost.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related technical role.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and sheet joining.
• Programming experience in at least one language, such as Python, XML, Java, or C++.
• Experience creating data applications using citizen development tools.
• Degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Georgetown, KY, with up to 10% travel to facilities in Canada and Mexico.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of Catia or other 3D CAD/CAM software.
