Description

Analyze complex financial and operational data to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership. Own the end-to-end process of data modeling, automation, and reporting using advanced Excel, Power BI, and Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and driver-based scenarios to support strategic planning.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for executive presentations.
• Automate data reporting pipelines and optimize existing business intelligence dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational drivers and cost structures.
• Maintain high data integrity and accountability across ERP and financial systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data-driven financial or operational analysis.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including Power Query and VBA.
• Experience with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen with deep understanding of profitability drivers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process automation and reporting optimization.
• Background in scenario modeling and cross-functional finance environments.
