Description

Manage, document, and report customer data across multiple databases and platforms as a data steward.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer profiles, interaction history, preferences, and segments within the customer data platform.
• Collaborate with operational teams to establish and enforce accurate data entry standards.
• Call external customers and dealerships to gather and verify current information.
• Develop continuous monitoring processes to ensure final data accuracy and integrity.
• Document and communicate the results and conclusions of all data cleansing and evaluation tasks.

Required Skills

• Experience working with large datasets and performing high-volume data cleansing tasks.
• Basic Excel skills for data management and analysis.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments under tight schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• AA degree or higher in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related fields.
