Description

You will own the full analytics lifecycle, from data structuring to advanced modelling and recommendation delivery within the Quality team. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement statistical methodologies for emerging issue detection, forecasting, and predicting quality and uptime performance.
• Execute the complete analytics assignment, including data & business value exploration, data structuring, modelling, and problem solving.
• Analyze diverse data sources including warranty records, logged vehicle data, customer data, manufacturing metrics, and high-resolution truck data.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Data Scientists to implement and deploy advanced analytics solutions.
• Establish and maintain a collaborative network with colleagues in Europe, India, and Brazil on various quality initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related quantitative fields.
• Strong proficiency in fundamental to advanced statistical techniques.
• Experience with data structuring and modelling for business value.
• Ability to work independently across the full analytics lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or quantitative discipline.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers and Data Scientists.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with high-resolution telemetry or vehicle data.
• Background in quality assurance or manufacturing data analysis.
