Roles and Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders; translate them into functional specifications, data requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and support ad hoc analysis for decision-making.
• Work with data engineering teams on AWS-based data platforms; understand ingestion, transformation, storage, and reporting data flows.
• Support data architecture discussions and contribute to improvements in data pipelines, including data lineage, metadata management, and data governance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable analytics solutions; validate delivered outputs against requirements and support UAT planning and execution.

Skills Required:

• 5-10+ years of experience in data analytics and business systems analysis, including data warehousing and BI.
• Data analysis with strong ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• AWS data engineering experience across an analytics data backbone.
• Advanced SQL development and optimization for warehousing and reporting use cases.
• Python for data analysis and analytics workflows; experience with AWS services including S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, and RDS.

Good to Have:

• Stakeholder management and requirements analysis experience.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
