Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models including classification, regression, clustering, time-series, and ensemble methods to uncover trends and predictive insights.
• Build scalable ML scripts and analytics pipelines in Python ensuring model transparency, reproducibility, and business relevance.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric including Lakehouse, Warehouse, and pipelines to enable enterprise-scale analytics and ML workloads integrated with BI solutions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards that embed advanced analytics, ML outputs, and contextual narratives for executive audiences.
• Transform complex analyses into intuitive visuals, narratives, and executive summaries explaining what happened, why it happened, and what actions to take next.
• Apply strong business knowledge to frame analytics in the context of operational, financial, and strategic objectives ensuring insights are actionable.
• Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership through storytelling, presentations, and recommendations.
• Ensure responsible use of data and AI maintaining high standards for data quality, model explainability, and trust.

Experience Required: Experienced professional with relevant combination of work and education in data science and analytics.
